Recommendation Report For Promotional Resources Presentation

This assignment was our last and final assignment from English 3365-Professional Report Writing. This presentation was just another of the many real-world assignments that we had in this class. This assignment was based on our presentation of our “Feasibility/Recommendation Report.”

My group and I performed this presentation for our class audience as well as our client that we had been working with to create our “Feasibility/Recommendation Report.” To perform our presentation my group and I created a PowerPoint presentation to make it easy for our audience to understand the purpose of our recommendation report.

For grading purposes we had to evaluate our peers’ or should I say colleagues’ presentation performances. In return they evaluated our presentation performance. The entire class went about this by filling out an evaluation form and then writing at least two comments on the back of the sheet. When we finished evaluating one group’s presentation and filling out the form Dr. Art Fricke went around the room collecting the forms so that the next group could begin their presentation. The biggest reason for these evaluation forms was that they would determine our presentation performance grade.

 Each of our group presentations had to be less than 15 minutes. Along with our group presentation we also had to provide our class with some kind of handout with our presentation information, no longer than two pages. The handout clearly needed to contain our presentation title, names of each group member, and our course and section number.
