Group Progress Report Two

This assignment was our second and final group progress report. The purpose of the report was to clearly describe the current state of the “Feasibility/Recommendation Report.”

My group and I comprised this progress report by individually writing memo reports to Dr. Art Fricke. The memos were to help Dr. Art Fricke understand the current state of our group project since the first progress report that we wrote. We still kept in mind our audience and final report document goal. Also, we restated clearly and fairly what each group member had accomplished since the previous progress report assignment. We wrote in detail about our future plans regarding our project and what each group member will complete in order for our final draft of the project to be effective and successful.

This final group progress report was very important for the outcome of our group project. It determined whether our project was going to be effective and successful. If we had not yet accomplished various things, then the final draft of our project would not be clear and efficient. That is why we depended on this second group progress report to help us figure out what more we needed to complete.

After each group member finished writing their memo report we collected them into one piece and turned it in.
