Group Report Work Plan
May 6, 2008 mahernan
This assignment was the first assignment that prepared us for our final project in this class. After Dr. Art Fricke had already put us into group of four, we began planning our “Feasibility/Recommendation Report.” My group and I were instructed to write a memo report addressing Dr. Art Fricke about how to plan a successful “Feasibility/Recommendation Report.”
This memo was supposed to help our group accomplish an efficient and effective project. In the memo, we clearly stated who our audience was going to be, our project goals which included a sub-section of our entire proposal report layout with three major sections, group member responsibilities, and finally potential problems and conflicts that may arise throughout the project planning process. To make it more clear we broke up the potential problems and conflicts into two sections which were problems with our contact and problems within our group.
Our biggest focus of our “Feasibility/Recommendation Report” was to define our project very clearly, describe a specific audience, and define a clear final report document goal.
Finally, we had to email (one per group) our “Group Report Work Plan” memo report to Dr. Art Fricke. He then would meet with us afterwards to give us feedback and advise to help us in planning this final project.
