Hello family, friends, and potential employers, my name is Mayra Hernandez and this comprehensive on-line portfolio features my work from English 3365 – Professional Report Writing. It provides an opportunity to easily share my work with numerous potential audiences and any others that may exist.

The primary goal of my portfolio is to allow others to see what I have diligently been working on throughout this spring semester here at Texas Tech University. More specifically, it will allow others to see the type of things that I learned from this course. Such as writing effective memos and reports, maintaining professionalism at all times, and collaborating with other peers in my classroom to gain experience of working with others successfully. 

I am hoping that each description of each of my assignments will help my audiences better understand the type of work I completed for this English 3365. There are a total of nine assignments that I have posted, all of which range from memos to reports, to group projects.

I hope I can intrigue others to see my work and gain an insight of what I have done this semester in Professional Report Writing. Ultimately, I want people to know that I have gained much experience while taking this course. Also, that the things I have learned have better prepared me for my job after post graduation. Work ethic is one of the biggest things I have taken from this class. I am glad that I had the opportunity to learn things that will be very useful later in my life and careers.
